Flexible Spending Programs

This document details the changes to 2020 Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Over-the Counter Drugs and Medicine coverage in response to the newly signed federal CARES ACT.

NEW FOR 2021: Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes are now considered elgible expenses under the medical FSA if used for the primary purpose of preventing the spread of COVID-19. The claims process and documentation requirements are the same as other OTC products.
