The FY20 approved rates were used for FY21 planning and budget development due to a delay in approval of the new FY21 rates from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
*ISU employees with an annual based salary of $265,000 and above are considered Senior Staff/Leadership for fringe benefits rate purposes.
